Welcome! Thanks for stopping by! My husband and I own Bellington Farm, a small 16+ acre farm in Central Virginia. Follow my adventures as a newbie farmstress as I tackle the job of turning raw land into my dream farm! Hopefully my sense of humor will see me through the process!!

I have a degree in Hospitality Management with an emphasis on the culinary arts and I am Serv-Safe certified. So, yeah, I’ll admit to being something of a foodie…as my nearly 300 or so cookbooks will attest. My food interests range from baking scones to eating Ethiopian injera and the spicy veggies that accompany it… and pretty much everything in-between.

I hope to be posting and blogging more in the near future as I gear up and start posting to the blog once again.
