This post is mainly for our nearly two year old grandson who came to visit at Thanksgiving time. We promised that he would see cows when he came, but cows were nowhere to be seen as they had been rotated to another of our neighbor’s fields.

I know, I know… everyone makes it, but that’s because it’s so darned good!!! Not only is it good, but it’s super easy to make, too! I sure enjoyed mine at dinner last night.
MMMmm…. just reading over the recipes submitted in the VDACS application. There are recipes for cakes, muffins, scones, breads and cookies as well as a variety of frosting and icing recipes. Can’t wait for the application to be approved so that Bellington Farm can begin to offer these yummy delights in our Central Virginia area.
